good bed, helpful staff. the room was very clean. walking distance to wan hong ju, where you can have lunch. plus, high speed internet access was available throughout the property.

We had an enjoyable stay. When we arrived the owner was excellent. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. We loved the fact that we chose Philmar.

Skegness pier was 10 minutes walk away, we could easily visit it. Staff and breakfast could not be better. Hotel was very clean. We park our car nearby:)))
